Any chance you're using a browser extension that may be causing this? We aren't able to reproduce the error; we see the OPTIONS preflight request in the network panel of Chrome devtools returning the proper headers:

Access-Control-Allow-Methods: GET,HEAD,PUT,PATCH,POST,DELETE
