Looking at Growthbook as a potential A/B testing tool. Was curious as to how much setup is actually involved?

Hmm. I guess I need to educate myself some more around how Growthbook works. While I do a lot of work on the analytics side of the business I don't typically need to worry much about the tech stack. As far as integrations go I would think I would want integrations for Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, API for our dashboarding platform etc. Honestly, I haven't done much with A/B testing so I am not even sure of the full capabilities of such a system

do you have a data warehouse setup?

Our dashboarding platform essentially operates as a data warehouse. Beyond that we don't have anything formally set up for the marketing team
