a. Of a 10% selection of all users, if they meet the attributes, enrol in experiment
or
b. Of all users who meet the attributes, select 10% and enrol in experiment
?

03/25/2024, 4:46 PMThey can be used for some of the same goals, but prerequisites are other features in growthbook, but attributes are things you set in growthbook SDK.
