Guys, we are on the paid plan. Started to use your tool but we can’t see the result in the experiment. But in metrics, we can see results, can you please assist us with configuration?

Hi Serhii - the thing to check is the assignment query
You can do that from the Metrics and Data -> Data sources - > Your data source
you need to make sure the assignment query matches your data
You can also check to make sure the experiment_viewed events are making it into GA4
if they are not showing up, it might be the trackingCallback has been set incorrectly, or you're using Google Tag Manager and haven't set it up to pass the custom events

We used this - https://docs.growthbook.io/app/visual , and I’m sure we followed all the instructions
No events

can you share the code you're injecting to your website?
it seems like the user attributes are being overridden

ah, okay - there are some problems there
You're loading the SDK twice, for one.
You only need the auto.min.js one
are you using GA4?
if so, you can remove all the initialization code, as we handle that automatically
g
We use GA4 and we have 50+ tags in tag manager to track a lot of events on our public website and our cart2cart APP
f
okay, just add the one script, unless you have anything custom to add (which your code does not)
