Are you self-hosting GrowthBook?

Yes, we raised GrowthBook on our server, but when we turn on paid plan, the title has changed to Cloud Pro

Thank you, looking in the backend, it is correctly configured as a self-hosting pro license. Live Chat is only available on cloud-hosted GrowthBook which would explain not being able to see the Live Chat, but you can reach us on the email provided. I will make a note internally to see why it renders as a cloud trial on the UI, but in the backend, all looks correctly set as a self-hosted trial 🙏
